strongly disagree and fully against this development.
We would like to keep
SOUTH of Epping Road high rise free, due
to
the fact that
everything in the area is no higher than 2
level.
The roads would not be
able cope as they are narrow already,
and
the level of extra
people would create more vandalism than what we
already have, building
shadowing and privacy concerns are a major
factor
that needs to be
addressed.
We want to keep the
area a quiet zone area, as the streets around
the
area would have a huge
number of traffic influx, where these
streets
would not be able to
handle.
Epping Road/Lane Cove
Roads are a nightmare now, whereby going
to
the shops can take up
to 1 hour to travel 1 Km.
The fact that when we
bought in the area it was not zoned for high
rise,
upsets me considerably
to allow something that will create an eye
sore
appearance on this
beautiful green cultured strip.
I am sure there is
plenty of other areas available North of Epping
Road.
Also, I am pretty sure
the Ryde/NSW planning density targets are
and
will be met with the
development of Top Ryde Shopping centre
high
rise residential
developments.
I can list many other
reasons but I think you can see my
view.
