Dear Officer,
 
This is Lydia Liang Zhou. I am the landlord of 6 David Ave, North Ryde.
 
I am totally against the current development project-5 Whiteside Street and 14-16 David Ave, North Ryde(10_0165). I know, recently, developer revised units to 163...But it is still a huge number for our small local area. Even now we can't handle more traffic already, among our narrow residential streets.
 
Regards to developer's current application for height of Building A, 6-storeys is a way still too high! We worry about our privacy, we worry how much sunlight we have to lose. This affects our health, our life quality and our day to day living cost. Like many house owners, I invested thousands on solar power system to cut down my electricity bill. It will be totally unfair if the system has to work less well to become disadvantaged because of this development! As one of the major projects, I suppose, developer must have professional analysis for sunlight/privacy issue. I REQUEST THE ANALYSIS FIGURE REGARDING ANY ADJOINING PROPERTY TO BE PROVIDED TO US OWNERS ASAP!
 
Who enjoy to be the victims of developer's overdone profit? Nobody! We just can't afford!
