Dear sir
We are members of the Whitside Action
Group which was formed in objection to the
Preferred Project Report for proposed residential development
with basement parking - 5 Whiteside Street and 14-16 David
Avenue, North Ryde (10_0165).
We are in favour of development of the
site for residential purposes in keeping with the current
zoning restrictions (low-density residential)
only. We consider the proposed development plan 10_0165
was unacceptable.
We attach the objection document prepared by WAG which
detailed our views and we strongly urges the DPI to decline
the approval of this development.
