I am writing to endorse to objections of the Whiteside Action Group re the proposed development 5 Whiteside Street and 14-16 David Avenue (10_0165).
My name is Neil Hunt and I live at 49 David Avenue North Ryde. The traffic is already dangerous in my street at present with people trying to avoid Epping and Lane Cove Roads it will be unbearable if this development goes ahead and will devalue my property - this is made even more dangerous with the influx of people from the business park parking in our suburban streets make it into one lane roads. This is not the place for a multi storey development in the midst of 1 & 2 storey dwellings.
